😂 location matters as schools have targets for certain geographies. They don’t want more than 40% international students usually.

And US apps are at all time low.. so you have high chances. Indian apps are always high so very less chances for them

As far as I have seen, scholarship negotiation works when you have an offer from a higher-ranked school and then you use that to get a good scholarship from a relatively lower-ranked school. When I say lower ranked, it means at least 5-6 places below and not peer schools.
