Hi Ask1234,

I really don't like to post my stats because I don't want to discourage people w/ low gmat/gpa/extracurricular activities. That being said, here are my stats: low 600's gmat, 3.79 gpa, 10 WE, over 20 awards/honors/publications. So yeah, a person (i.e., me) w/ an "ok" gmat score can still get in :-) I just made sure that the other aspects (i.e., essays, recommendation letters, interviews, etc.) of my application were up to par. In addition, I "told my story" in the essays. Good luck!

Thanks - congrats to you to socalmba.

Between USC and UCLA I would definitely go with UCLA - I have loved my interaction with the FEMBA program. But I actually think I'm going to end up at a full-time program.

Congrats to all who have been admitted so far!

I received the acceptance call for MBA.PM R2 a few days ago! I'll be attending the first year at the OC campus. :)

Does anyone know when the pre-fall intensives are? I have a business trip at the end of July and I want to make sure there isn't a scheduling conflict.

The call I received on 4/5/11 from USC said that I would receive a packet late next week. So that's about 1.5 - 2 weeks after acceptance.

I received it yesterday. UCLA mails the admit packet to your work address. Make sure that your work address is correct, including the mail stop.

Just got off the phone w/ the USC office, below are the two pre-fall events' dates. We need to attend both of the pre-fall events. I was also told that more info will be in the admitted packet.
