Hi,

I've been going through the posts and it seems to be an nerve-wracking period for all..

I applied on 29th August, 2013 and my recommendations went in by 10th September.

It's been 27 days, a little over the normal 3 weeks which seems to be the time most people on the thread have had.
I believe 1-2 have been called for an interview within a week

Hoping to have a positive reply soon and wishing all of us on this thread, the very best.

Sam

IN!!!!! Got the call today.

Submitted 9/5
Invited to interview 9/24
Interviewed 9/29
Interview submitted 9/30

Actually wasn't expecting to hear back for another 2-3 days given the post-interview timelines I've seen.

Best of luck to all and keep us all updated!

Congratulations buddy! Hopefully we can all be so lucky!

Do you have any idea how full the class is? I am assuming it is pretty much full.

The J-Term seems to be such a box of unknowns. Not really enough information given how few people apply to it.

Hey all,

So excited to share that I received the acceptance call today!

Submitted: 20th Aug (recommendations et all)
Invited to interview: 10th Sept (exactly 3 weeks later)
Took a long time to find an interviewer...most were busy
Interviewed: 3rd October
Interview submitted: 5th October

I’m quite surprised that I got the acceptance call so soon after my interview feedback was submitted. 5th was a Saturday so I presume they saw the file and made a decision on Monday 7th October and then called me on the 8th because of the time difference (+9.5 hours for India).

Anywhoooo, it feels great. Best of luck to all the applicants and if you need any help - please feel free to reach out!

Can't imagine the class is full - wouldn't be surprised if half the applicants submitted right before the deadline last week (as typically seems to be the case according to other threads).

I had a friend who applied ED last year and instead got a conditional offer to join J-Term instead. Sometimes they seek other means to fill the class up.

Wanted to give everyone a status update -

I submitted my application on 10/2 and just got an invitation to interview today. So seems like they are moving pretty fast if they are already reviewing applications from Deadline Day.
