Hey guys,
I had my GMAT scheduled on 14th nov, but was suspended in between because of their technical issue.
I have mailed them several times, tried reaching out to the customer support, but I am not getting a clear response from them. They sent me a coupon code on 20th and asked me to use it to reschedule the test once the status on my mba.com profile is updated from pending. But, it's still not updated. It's already been 2 weeks since the scheduled date, and I have already missed several application deadlines, and have got some more deadlines coming on 10th March. What should I do?
The exam was test centre based
I had explained to them about the deadlines, and they assured me that my case was registered as a priority, and yet so much delays. All they say is that it will be resolved in 2-3 business days.
