D looks Ok

Corporations ... to report to Govt whether they have X,Y
X||Y --> parallel.
reserves || information.

E for me. Its precise and lists the 2 things corporations shld have done

Suresh,

This is what my understanding so feel free to kill . according to the statement the government requires the corporations to report 2 things, if they have reserves and that they have published. both of these should have happened and shoud be in the past tense before reporting to the government.

in E both event happens in the past,

I think D has 2 run on sentences
