Hi all,

I've been admitted to Oxford Said and am preparing to make the big move there in the fall. I'm trying to plan a realistic budget but can't find much insight on how I should plan to spend monthly during the MBA (and still haven't found alumni willing to share). While Said does provide an estimated budget, the range is too big (£12,168 - £18,655) and I really don't know where I should place my budget.

Does anyone here have any idea on what would be an ok monthly budget for Oxford? I know it depends a lot but just a general idea would be of great help!

Thanks in advance

Hi the budget estimated by SBS is a good indicator. If you are residing with your partner in a university accommodation, I will put the expenses between 1200-1400 GBP per month. However, if you want to do a Euro trip while studying there or has a child, then I will add 400 GBP more to the estimate per month.
To wrap-up 1500 GBP per month should be a good estimate for the course duration (for 2 people sans extravagance)
