Hi all, I was waitlisted and signed up for the “waitlist appointment” session with adcom. Anyone can share with me what to expect? Do I have to prepare anything? Thanks!

To answer the last two questions, as far as what I was told, no one waitlisted in R1 was admitted in R2.

As for feedback appointments, take a critical look at your application and where you think it might've fallen short. The conversation will be fairly straightforward, and you'll be given some feedback on where and how to improve, but you'll get more out of it if you come prepared with your own thoughts as well.

Yes - I was waitlisted in R1. The feedback session was super helpful, and I have my marching orders as far as how to improve my candidacy. It's definitely a very individual process at Darden, so there's not much to share in the way of tips and tricks other than take your feedback to heart, and be ready to keep working to get int.
