Education : Post graduate (Btech &Mtech in Chemical engineering) from IIT DELHI , CGPA: 6.5 & 7.5 respectively
GMAT : 710 ( Q49, V37,IR 6)
Work Ex : 7 Yrs in Oil and gas Sector, Currently Working with Saipem India Projects ltd (Italian Public Sector Firm) as a Process Engineer,
International experience : Worked on Iraq Project in Saipem Sharjah (UAE) for 2 Years, Varied Experience, Involved in various Projects during the work tenure
Previous Experience : Started career with Reliance Industries Ltd as a technical management Trainee
I can manage 2 recommendations from my mentor (deputy manager) and from my previous company Head of the department.
Extra curricular : Represented hostel in Squash(Indoor sports) Tournament,
Chemical Engineering Society (CHES), IIT Delhi
Awarded Significant Contribution to Chemical Engineering Society, 06-07
National Service Scheme (NSS), IIT Delhi
Executive of the SMC (Social Maladies Club) of NSS (National Service Scheme) at IITD
Organized several environmental and socio-economic awareness programs at IITD and outside, making students participate in the cause
Coordinator Sportech ’05, Hospitality :Led a team of 4 Activity heads and 15 volunteers

What are my chances of admission?? Should I apply?
Also I would like to know what are my weak points in profile on which I can work upon.

That is an impressive profile. You do stand a chance. Show them what you learnt from your international experience and how did you shape your career and why only in that direction. You are good to go. But keep in mind that many IITians do apply.

Hey,
You do have a great chance if you write your applications well. Energy sector people have one of the highest conversion rate. INSEAD value IITians as well as your domain people.
