Hi,
I have a restaurant of my own which I started During the final year of my bachelors degree and it's been 21 months since then. Although I haven't registered it under the Company Act 2013 but I have all the necessary documents and Financial reports for that. Will GMAT take this into consideration.
Also my Quantitative is very weak I'm not able to score overall because of the quantitative part and I am planning to give the exam on 16th April 2020, any suggestions regarding this will be very helpful

I cannot comment on why you haven't registered your business under legal act but yes, B-Schools consider Entrepreneurship as work experience. GMAT has nothing to consider.

Agree. B-schools value entrepreneurship as it offers business owners a steep learning curve. So don't worry about it.
