Each remote sensing instruments collects data about the atmosphere from a remote location and, usually, stores the data where the instrument is located.
Each at the start of the sentence indicates a singular noun ahead in the sentence hence we need instrument as the subject.
Following the same logic we need singular verb i.e. collects.
Similarly we need singular verb stores.
