Education requirements

Question

I have completed 3 years of bachelor's, which makes a total of 15 year of education whereas my US and Canadian universities require 16 years of education. What all can be done to meet the requirements?

It seems quite obvious. You should complete your fourth year of a bachelor degree program. If you already completed your bachelor degree, you should do a year of post-bacc.

It's not clear from your post what you are targeting. It might be that the years of education are what matters, but rather the degrees you have achieved. I would check with the admissions committee/websites for wherever you want to go and verify all this before you engage in an entire year of education just on a whim.
