Hey guys I have been shortlisted for an interview after my application was processed.

My name is Varun and I had applied for Ms in International Management

Does anyone have an idea as to what questions would be asked as it is an approx 40 min long interview.

Hi Varun. I had my interview two hours ago. My interviewer was very sweet and made the interview seem like a conversation. My qualifications were not discussed - as in I was not asked about things in my resume. Instead the interview was about my motivation to pursue this program, why ESADE specifically, about my idea of leadership, etc.

She asked me questions to understand my thought process and my personality. What drives me and what I think about certain situations.
