Hi everyone -
I have been reading through the topics and profiles and I have not seen many European cadidates' profiles. So I thought to kick it off by posting mine. Feedback would be highly appreciated.

- white female, 30 years old
- GMAT 700 (Q 49, V 37, AWA 6, IR 4)
- BA from a top liberal arts college in the US, International Studies major - GPA 3.6; member of the Honours society for IS in the US
- undergraduate extras include representing the College, and only one of ten liveral arts students, at the Business Today conferences organized by Princeton; Ultimate Frisbee team member; study abroad in China for 6 months; independent project on New Media evaluating the presidential campaigns of Obama and McCain (this project ultimately helped me land my first job as it was such a new and hot topic).
- post-school actuvities include speaking and judging student work in Marketing Strategy at Dauphine in Paris; mentoring students from my College on how to get into adveriting; conducting admission interviews for the College; completing a charity initiative in alliance with National Geographic raising more than 1000$ for Saving Lions in Africa.
- work experience in brand management: 5 years experience in advertising Strategy - first 1.5 year in New York, and then focusing on brand building in Paris. (Both jobs are at two of the largest and most prestigious agencies in the world) Results: Won a cultural award for one project; and had another project shortlisted for effectiveness. Pioneered Internet of Things solutions strategy at the agency in Paris. Then in the last 6 months I have been freelance in a start up in London focusing on innovation consulting and Internet of Things solutions. It is a field that interests me and I see the future of communications going there.
- the short term goal for the MBA is to get the bsuiness savvy to create a new kind of innovation consultancy capable of delivering a full range of business/brand solutions - as a stand alone unit or whichin a consultancy possibly, who knows..
-target schools are LBS, HBS, Wharton, INSEAD, Cambridge, applying in the fall of 2015

Overall you have a strong profile. That said, I’d consider HBS to be a real long shot. The other programs are an appropriate range of reasonable reaches (LBS, Wharton, INSEAD) and Cambridge an on-par level program.
Keep in mind that for the top programs your GMAT is a tad low for your demographic.
By the way, you might be interested in Kellogg in the US also (reasonable reach) and Cornell (on par).
