I would be really grateful f you cold evaluate my profile/
23 years old, Russian, male
Total full time work experience: 3 years. Started as a courier (headquarter) in a top tier company of 1110 000 employees and was promoted thrice. Previous responsibilities included budgeting, budget execution controlling; I also carried out several tenders. My current responsibilities are in the sphere of corporate reporting for health and safety unit - data analysis, participation in implementation of corporate programs in terms of occupational safety, conducted compliance audits at subsidiary companies. AS for the highlights - developed (with help if IT department) and implemented corporate-based reporting system, significantly improved functionality of the intranet health and safety website (number of visitors increased by 60 percent). Conducted workshops during internal conferences for around one hundread specialists.
GMAT 590 (Q 44 V 27)
In 2009 graduated Moscow state college (specialty Tax and taxation), GPA 3.74
In 2012 graduated Moscow University (non-state), major: Finance and Credit, GPA 3.74
As for the extra-curricular: head of the philosophy book club, member of a local civilian patrol for safety, movie translation.
Letters of recommendations will be provided by my current supervisor and VP of the headquarter of the company if it matters.
My post-graduation goals are in business development / strategy in the energy sphere.
What are my chances in INSEAD / HKUST or NUS?
Are there any top US schools I should apply?

Hello,
I believe that your GMAT score will be an obstacle in gaining acceptance to your programs of choice. I’d consider INSEAD an extreme reach, not realistic. The other programs, while slightly less competitive, still represent significant reaches with the current GMAT.
Your work experience and your academics look strong, and your Russian demographic would represent some valuable diversity, so for NUS and HKUST your GMAT wouldn’t have to be super high. But to be competitive you should have a score of at least 640-650, which is slightly lower than the average for those programs. For INSEAD it would be higher – around 700.
