Got an admit in the early round with a scholarship.
Good application experience till the result date. No email/call on 19th Nov - they directly updated the portal, that too pretty late in the day. Very anxious few hours where I was refreshing the portal every 15mins.

Fisher Typically has a low yield rate (~50% from what I remember). So, you may have a good chance of getting in. Do continue showing interest by attending the various sessions they conduct. Also, connect with the admission coordinators to understand how you can increase your chances (additional essays/test scores/etc..)

I do plan to continue reaching out. However, Decision was a really bad experience for me. I waited all weekend while I refreshed my platform every hour, and I had to call them on Monday afternoon CST time before I got a response. I am suspecting that they didn't review my application until I called to asked. Then, they decided to put me on a waitlist. Which if that was the case, I am offended because I put in the time to submit my application for the early round. Depending on how my other school's application go, I will have to see.

Hello ermohit86!
They shared scholarship details within a couple of days of the admit. FYI, a good proportion of the class receives some form of scholarship award.

Video essay was a weird experience for me. Reminded me of my TOEFL exam. But the questions are pretty straightforward. You will also have an option to practice before the actual test. I used the following websites to get an idea of what questions might be asked -

But it is also about being comfortable with spontaneously making up content irrespective of the question. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact questions that I answered.

The interview was a decent experience. Two interviewers (one from the admissions team, the other from the Career guidance team). They asked me the standard questions:
1. Walk us through your resume
2. Short term and long term goals
3. Example of leadership
4. Example of working in a diverse team
5. Why MBA? why Now?
6. Why Fisher?
7. Biggest Constructive feedback you received
- What is one weakness you are currently working on?
8. Give an example where you showed empathy
9. Do you have any questions for us? - make this one count by asking relevant questions
9. Name 3 companies you would like to work with post MBA/during internship
Dress well and show confidence throughout. That should do the trick.

Hi,
I did apply in r1 deadline.
Have my interview scheduled this 20th.
They communicated me very fast

I submitted my app just before the deadline and finished the video assesment on 6th dec.
Got interview on 8th of dec.
Was planning to book a slot before 14th but all were full so had to book it this 20th.

Wish me luck...i am nervous 🤗

Questions asked-
1)why mba and why now
2) proudest moments in personal and professional life
3) conflicts and other issues challenges i faced and how overcame them
4)what are some of areas where i have struggled
5)situational questions
6) questions for school ? If any(asked 3 -abt GAP , gbe and how the school has resources wrt to international students recruitment etc)
7) any challenges that you may find when u join the program, share if any concern or what you feel is most difficult part of international candidate something like that

Note- wording may differ bt the gist is as above
Went well lasted for 45 min

Practice well the why mba and why now part...

Reach out to them ask if the unofficial scores are enough or not...if they agree you are all set...if not afraid u will need to do as they ask
