Dear friend
and
Dear
Sajjad1994what is the exact inference from this question?
We need to check the difference between Rain & Run-Off of the months mentioned and the previous month. Then we need to check the highest difference (Mentioned - Previous) between the arrived differences
OR
we need to check each two consecutive month (based on those in answer choices) to see, which has lesser rain off and greater Rain?
When I read question, at first I answer the question by second inference, when I came to explanation by Rocky, I saw a complete different analysis.
The way I solved, was to just compare months to see if the one written in answer choice has lesser rainoff compared to past and higher rain, compared to past month

As compared with the previous month, the only month with a greater average amount of rain and a lesser average amount of runoff is__________, when the average amount of rain exceeds the average amount of runoff by approximately____________inches.We need to check the difference between
Rain & Run-Off of the months mentioned and the previous month. Then we need to check the highest difference
(Mentioned - Previous) between the arrived differences
