For business executives, managing the growth of
a company at an appropriate rate is a central challenge.
For small businesses, the issue is even more critical.
An improperly managed small business usually does
(5) not have the necessary cash reserves to overcome
mismanagement, and if growth is neither sustained nor
managed properly, the existence of the business can be

A number of experts have suggested that a strong

The contenders for this quest, IMO, were (B) and (C) but (C) is using a strong word 'will', which means definitely. Now the passage has inferred this on the basis of many case studies, but mide you not all case studies. It could be that they have still not found the exception they need to make this a little less than a 100%.

Now from the tone of the author, we know that he is not a big fan of the mentioned view but again he has never shown negative attitude towards the view. Hence I would give a 4 on a scale of [1 - 5]
, which means a little above neutral and a little inclinded towards the view.
