Total cost involved for each 75 $ shipment: 3+2 = 5 $. Thus, for two such orders = 10$

Total cost involved for a 150$ shipment: 3+3 = 6$.

The difference = 4$.

The shipping fee for each order of 75 dollars is 3 + 2 = 5 dollars. Thus, the shipping fee for two orders of 75 dollars is 2 x 5 = 10 dollars.

The shipping fee for one order of 150 dollars is the basic 3 dollar fee plus the additional fee of 3 dollars, for a total of 6 dollars.

Thus, the difference is 10 - 6 = 4 dollars.

Answer: D
