Reschedule.... did you run a test previously or you did not run a system check?

Also when I checked with other laptop, there were some issues with firewall. I chatted with the proctor she said she will wait but then my exam link was gone. I really don't know what to do. I mailed GMAC on the spot. But I don't whether I'll be able to reschedule or take the exam again?

Got it. Very odd it failed on the day of the test. Sorry about that. I assume you tried the usual reboot process.

PS. If you have not taken the test, you can reschedule. The rules are specific to retakes. A no-show does not constitute a retake. You will just have to chase the customer support or maybe you will get a choice to reschedule in your profile.

Understood. Thank you. The proctor said that don't worry and I'll wait. But when I tried with my other laptop the link was not there. Let's hope for the best.

Also, now I am seeing another problem as I was trying to run system check again (m.proctor website is showing following error)

Why not get something cheaper potentially?

Does this meet their criteria? Sorry I am just never sure when it comes to measurements.

No. It does not fit the requirements. You cannot use that model per bullet #1 on the mba.com (items not allowed)

Re: GMAC approves the use of Physical Whiteboard on the GMAT Online! [#permalink]
Hi All,

Is there anyone who is aware that how many days does it take GMAC to send reschedule voucher? My exam was scheduled on 24th Jun but due to some technical error I was not able to take it. Since, I have sent numerous emails and had chats with the officials, but they keep saying that wait for 3-5 business days. It seems like an endless cycles of business days and almost everyday I am asking them to send the voucher and they say that voucher process is initiated but you have to wait for 3-5 days. I am hearing this thing from past 2 weeks now.

May be I don't know the definition of business days or they think 1 business day = 1 week. I am really scared as the deadline for the school is very near.

Any advise from anyone?

Regards

Absoultely.

I just posted what I found from recommendations on amazon after my initial search

GMAC says no borders/lining on the white board edges. Not sure if it would be allowed

Where do they say that? Can you please provide a quote? I have not seen any factual evidence or details indicating that a frame is not allowed and that one had to use a whiteboard with rough edges and cut their hands. https://www.mba.com/exams/gmat-online/p ... rd-options

The link is same as you've mentioned.

It says boards without markings.
To be double sure, I am assuming that they might consider the thick borders to be objectionable.
Just my thought. And also, there are a few whiteboards online that are borderless; just a piece of white glass.

Please do let me know if what I am assuming is wrong, or if anyone has actual experience.

Thank you and sorry for the confusion if any!

Your reasoning is incorrect. There are no concerns about borders. Many people have taken GMAT online with a variety of whiteboards that had a variety of thick and ugly borders. There are no issues with borders ever reported.

Thank you.

I recently purchased this whiteboard from Amazon. Is this permitted in GMAT online exam? Every whiteboard has borders on Amazon.in
