Hi bb.. Thank you for organizing another amazing event!
Quick question. I posted explanations for the 2 SC questions within the 2 hour limit and 2 CR questions post that but I don't see these updated on my stats table which still says 0 explanations. Not sure of the reason.
I don't see the stats updated for correct timers and timers bonuses as well even though the instructions say that these get updated within 5 mins.
Sorry if this is too basic.. This is the first time that I am attempting such a quiz.

Yes, seems that we have modified quote functionality in the past year and it has not triggered points as the result.
We will adjust it and retroactively include the points for the users who were affected to provide them with the proper points as appropriate. This should not be an issue tomorrow.

Odysseus team!

We can do better than this. It is only around 300-400 points between us and Perseus team. It’s enough for just 3-4 people to take timers in 2-hours period to outrun them! Imagine what can happen if there will be more. Your efforts are making an impact!

Be brave! Answer the questions, give explanations (of course if you have one), take 30 timers per day! We can and must be on the edge!

And who are there against us?

Hercules team — they are not a real team but just a glorified crew. Except for media fame there wasn’t much in his deeds.

Achilles team has weak legs. They wouldn’t be able to make a long run for obvious reasons.

And here we have Perseus team. Did you know that he cut off women’s head? What kind of person does such things (the fact that she was a monster is completely irrelevant)? How can we let such people to win?

We are true heroes! The bravest, most dignified, most honourable people (and the smartest one according to history).

For Itaka! Penelope and Telemachus are watching at us! Let’s show what true sons of Laertes are capable of! Let’s go together, companions! To the GMAT Olymp!

Some observations based on day 1:

Verbal questions turned out to be of medium difficulty.
We were quite generous with kudos today in Verbal, but next time, please make sure to address every single answer choice in the options.
This DS question was very tricky. Most answered D , while OA is B
This PS question turned out to be very hard. Only 21 replies.

just a genuine question.
Why do you guys do the 2 hour thing?

Why don't you let it go for 24 hours so that people in different time zones don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to solve these?

I'm genuinely just curious

It's just 80 points at max. So not such a big difference compared to other ways of earning points.
Other points (explanations, 30 timers per day, correct answers, kudos from moderators) you can earn in 24 hours.
I think it is made for better involvement in first 2 hours.
To make it look more like actual competition.
