Even tougher Quant questions? That won't really lead to heightened apprehension for me.

Only because they have successfully pushed me to apply the ultimate strategy numerous times:
for super difficult questions, quickly make an uneducated guess and move on.

Actually, the original announcement does not mention the weekend break at all. I guess it was supposed to be non-stopping, but then organizers got tired or ran out of tough questions.

Woah! Odysseus is way behind at the halfway mark, my team is not pulling through! Maybe "we're a second half team"....

Two questions, because for some reason I am super into this (great idea for an event btw):

1) can we still get points for the 30 day timer bonus category over the weekend? If not, I guess its time to re-focus on the RC that has been neglected during my practice this week.

2) I hate to be that guy - but just curious. Have you started only giving kudos to the select few best explanations? Reading through, it looks like there are a handful of explanations that are correct and seem reasonable but didn't get kudos - posted by multiple users not just me. We will start posting questions on Monday August 16th and will end on Friday Aug 27th.
Questions will be posted Monday through Friday (no questions on Sat or Sun)
Questions will be posted in the CR, SC, DS, and PS forums (no RC)

Loving everything about this tournament so far! (except the quant questions, damn you Bunuel)

Yesterday I posted an SC explanation which turned out to be for the correct answer but I didn't receive the kudos. Would love to get feedback on it posted here. I know about the rules but getting clarity on this issue would mean a lot to me as I am very close to top 3.
