A couple of questions about RC:

Do the RC passages always consist of 8 questions? 4 questions? 3-9 questions?

Do the questions always line up after each other on the test or can I get a SC or CR question in between two question from the same passage of RC?

Thanks!

1) Each passage will have three or four questions attached to it.

2) No. When you deal with a passage you will have only questions from that passage. I.E NO CR or SC in between.

Hope this helps.

Apologies if you mentioned this somewhere but how long did you on average spend on let's say a smaller passage vs. larger passage and how long did you average on each RC question?

1. No reason to quote a supper long post if you have a quick question.

2. I never really tracked how long it took me to answer one question. In part, there are diff types and difficulties that will take longer. I only cared about how long would it take me to read the passage and answer the questions. My goal was to fit a long passage and all of its questions into 8 mins and shorter one into 6. I think realistically it ended up being closer to 9 and 7. So 30-34 mins on RC. And the remaining time for CR and SC.
