I am happy to report that i have reached a score of 49 in gmat club tests. Never again scored so high.
I usually scored 43 because i got stuck on questions and didn't want to let go. I will sit my second gmat prep in 2 weeks when i will have finished the egmat sc module. In the last gmat prep i scored 48 quant and 33 verbal .Total score 670.
My target score is 650 or 640.Thanks again gmatclub for your support and your awesome question banks. I have now crossed the 4 motnh of studying and i am planning to sit the gmat in November.

I am targeting for a score of 750+ in GMAT. I want to know whether the GMAT Club tests are the only resource I can use for Quant after I am done with my OG.

I think the best combo for that is mgmat quant questions banks, mgmat advanced quant book and gmatclub tests. After you are done with them that just purchase gmat prep 3 and 4 and some additional practice questions from mba.com to see where you are.
After you have done all this there is no point solving more questions. You should just study your mistakes and try not to repeat them in the future.
