Well for gmat waiver you need to visit individual websites of the B schools and then submit an application or fill an online form for gmat waiver.
Most the schools have a criteria for gmat waiver , if you meet the criteria then submit your application for the GMAT waiver...

GMAT waiver should not be taken as the end of the need of GMAT score unless you have a convincing reason to assert your inability to take GMAT.
