Sorry to hear about that. You should definitely wait a bit more as they have to review the video and other footage from the test center. I am hopeful they will offer a retake as the result of the test issues.

Lol you can't claim that the test is a scam because you had some technical difficulties. I am sure most people can understand your frustration with the test center but to claim that the test itself is a sham is pretty ridiculous. If anything you should hold the test center responsible for having such horrible computers that shut off in the middle of the test. Plus why do you need 3 pens when 1 will do?
Just ask for a retake and please stop making such a big deal out of it. Write again and I wish you the best in future. Also I don't think you should post your full name on the forum bcuz the schools you apply to might be able to see what kind of attitude you have when you face adversity.
