Yeah - at this point you can't really improve your knowledge of the content tested on the GMAT but you can impact all the general and mental areas.

On the general side you need consistent timing. Strategies that have you focus on the early questions are based on faulty data and will not work to your advantage. You need consistent timing throughout the exam and if you find yourself falling short of time (based on benchmarks you should follow) you guess on the questions you know right away you probably can't solve. Also, as Rich mentions, you need to fix any silly mistakes you are making (i.e. not reading the problem, making small math errors) because these will improve your performance across the entire exam.

On the mental side, make sure you get plenty of rest the nights (yes nights) leading up to the exam. Also, stay positive throughout and stay focused on each problem you are working on. Take your breaks and clear your head as best you can.

Best of luck...a 680 is within reach if you can get these areas all working for you...

I can give two points of advice on improving your verbal score without learning any new content:

1) Use your pen on every question; take notes on every question; list out A-E for every question and cross off definitely wrong answers. People fight this tooth-and-nail, but I saw my verbal score (especially for the RC) jump as soon as I accepted this as the best strategy.

2) Keep consistent timing for every question type! Don't spend too long early on. This is rough timing for each type:
(a) RC: 4-5 minutes for each passage (remember, with notes) and an additional 45-60 seconds for each question. Estimated time = 30 minutes or less.
(b) CR: 90-120 seconds for each question. If you spend more than 2 minutes on any one, choose and move on. Estimated time = 25 minutes or less.
(c) SC: 45-75 seconds for each question. Of course you don't want to spend too much time, but don't spend too little either. Anything less than 45 seconds is probably a mistake and you'll fall into a trap. Estimated time = 20 minutes or less.
