Hi. Yes, lots of people are facing the same issue unfortunately: https://gmatclub.com/forum/gmat-prep-so ... 77403.html

Lots of people stuck in the same spot without a score :(
If you figure it out, please post the solution.
Do we know, bb, whether the crash occurs exclusively on the new interface? Can a user switch back to the old one and take the test without incident? I imagine there would be far more reports of crashes if everyone were experiencing problems. The trouble is, who would write a post just to inform the community that a practice test performed as expected?

The issues seem to be exclusively on the new UI and system.
You can definitely switch and use the old GMAT Prep system. The two are not connected in any way.

The main downside is that the old system is supposedly going offline after Feb 28th. So you won’t be able to use it after that…. 😬

Ah, good to know. Then perhaps the solution is to take official practice tests using the old interface and hope that GMAC™ can get its act together on or before the end of February regarding the new interface. As I understand it, the new interface does not resemble the exam interface as well as the old one does. All things considered, I would rather take a mock that worked than get an hour deep into one and risk a known issue that halted the attempt.
