ProKiller, I was hoping to get 730, but now i am not sure weather to blame technical issues or my prep. These technical issues definitely affected my state of mind as i was not prepared for such irritation and also affected close to 2-2.5 mins in overall verbal section and 2 mins in quant. That said, I am planning to write another attempt asap.

I have written to GMAC team (customer email id what I got from website). I do not know what to expect from all this. I know that I am not satisfied with the circumstances under which I have given this attempt. I have got a 710 (Q49, V37) in this one, but I believe that I would have been more satisfied with the same score without any technical glitches.

Since the whole event is recorded, I hope that GMAT will provide the resolution at the earliest. Maybe a next attempt at the earliest.

Can anyone suggest, what are my chances here. I do not want to cancel this score but would want another attempt at the earliest (hope they relax 16 days rule in this case).


Is 710 what you expected? Or is it within the +-10 point range of your target score?

thank you for sharing your experience with Online GMAT. I guess the best option to wait for their response, while preparing for another exam (if of course, you believe you can score much better next time)

Abi1995 Hi Abhi. They did reply and cancel the attempt altogether after 20 days of my complaint and refunded the money in form of a coupon for the next online attempt. So, If you do not want the score from this attempt then only write to GMAC.

I dont want this score, but in case I book a re attempt on my own will they issue a refund?

Also can you help me with some mail address which helped you get it resolved. I had read many debrief where nobody is responding to this issue, people have waited 15-20 days. I was eyeing at R1, but in case they don’t respond I’ll go ahead and book.

Will the voucher be only for GMAT online or I can book in-center test too?

Yes, they will issue a voucher that will be valid only for the online exam. Since I had booked the off-line exam by the time they replied so they refunded the money back to my card. The email id is generic support one only "customercareatmbadotcom". I followed up a couple of times only then they resolved it. They took close to 15 days to reply.
