Hi all,
I am beyond words about the disgrace of an organization called GMAC. I completed my GMAT online and scored 725, which I was obviously more than excited about, just to wake up a few days later to the message, that my GMAT score was cancelled, due to "irregularities".
Obviously, I appealed the decision and mentioned that everything I did was in compliance with the GMAT Procedures and Policies, with extensive examples, as well as mentioning, that my score was in line with my mock exams.
Three days later, I received the message, that my appeal will be reviewed, just to get the confirmation (less than 12 hours later), that my score will be cancelled, without a single reason being named.
If any of you are planning on getting a high score (99th-percentile), do not take the GMAT online, they will cancel it and will not give you a reason. I wish I had known before about the arbitrariness of the GMAC.
Wishing all of you the best of luck for your future exams and don't make the mistake I did and trust that the GMAC will treat you fairly.
