GMAT Prep Online Practice test issues!

Question

Hey folks,

I am facing seroius issues with the new gmac online peep test platform! The platform is unable to load questions. The screen shows "unable to get property section number or undefined or null reference. Have written to gmac, however there is no response yet! Is there anyone who is facing this issue and can share the resolution, if figured out!

Have tried unblocking pop ups, cookies etc., But it is not helping. Please do suggest, if anyone has faced and resolved this issue. Will be a great help!

Hi,

mba.com is working fine on my system though few days back it was out of order because of maintenance purpose. Since then it's working fine. I am practicing from there only right now. But yes I am not giving practice test, just using practice questions.

Good to hear that! Please do share whenever you take a practice test for similar issues. Have tried with 3 machines and still faving the same problem.

Normally, It will take a while to have answer from MBA.com.

Hi all,

Today's the 23rd of June and I'm facing the same issue...
I had prepared and cleared my afternoon to take the last one of my two practice tests so I have to say it is a bit annoying.

As I only have one laptop, I couldn't perform the same test as explained above, but rebooting and using different browsers didn't help.

Please let me know if you have any update on this topic. I'll do the same on my side.

I will ping my contact my GMAC contact for paid products. I hope they will be able to assist with some priority support. However they are on east coast time so they won’t be online for a few more hours.

You can also PM  OfficialGMAT  about this and indicate your email address you have on your mba.com account. I am not sure if this will help but perhaps they can assist.
