Hi, I gave gmat twice. The Wharton application asks the number of GMAT attempts as well as gives blobs to fill the score as many number of times despite saying "please fill your best gmat score"
I personally would fill all my uncanceled scores. Did you accept both the scores? Then you should report both the scores. If you have canceled a score, then you can skip entering that score.

If you cancel any score you can skip, at the same time school also not able to see/access that canceled score. In case If you didn't cancel ay score, you need to fill the both scores.
