I confronted a similar issue a couple of days back. Contacted GMAC, however they haven't reacted yet.

Tried IE. Issue seemed resolved, but then I was booted out of my Quant session with 12 minutes left for my account "inactivity"

Could resume the test by copying the test link and opening the same in a new Tab

It is 2019 and I had that issue today. I'm terrified of refreshing, closing the window, etc. so I don't lose the scores. This happened the very first time I took a prep test, can't believe it's been MONTHS since you guys had the issue and still nothing has been solved.

i am stil facing this issue. its 22 july 2019. because of that i had to guess many questions as if i did not complete exam, there would have been penalty.

Ran into the same issue yesterday with GMATPrep Sample test #1. I left the tab as is, opened another tab and navigated to test home page and clicked start test again for the same test, it skipped all the sections and showed the score in the new tab.

Hi Scott,

I have not called them yet, but I am going to send an email now. I found a work-around that I mentioned in my original post. I have not attempted Sample Test again, so I can't really say if the problems persist.

Right now, I am giving the Official Prep Mock #3. Quant part went smoothly, however in Verbal it got stuck for about 30 seconds and the screen read "Please wait... your question is being evaluated". Fair enough that I did not lose any time on the test or perhaps insignificant. Now after finishing Quant and Verbal, I am into Question no. 10 of IR Section, and the page is stuck again for now almost 20 minutes. Is this what we get after paying $50??

To add further, I had earlier planned to give the same official mock on three days ago, however the test was not able to load. It seemed the server failed to respond or something. So my planning went for a toss. And today again, disappointed to say the least.

I can confirm that GMAC has not fixed this issue because I'm currently stuck in the same screen :(

Edit: The problem is now solved. I just waited... I turned off the pc and then I went to sleep. When I checked the next day the problem was solved and my score was available in the platform.

Did anyone figure out a solution here? This happened to me and when I try to reopen the exam, I am told the time has run out for the AWA section, I see a blank white screen under the AWA header, and I have to hit YES to leaving the question unanswered to get it to move to "please wait..your question is being evaluated".

If you contacted the GMAC folks, were they able to tell you the score?

Hello!
I talked about this problem last August.

Sadly I just had to wait. In less than 24h the problem was solved and I was able to see my score and review the test.
I wrote an email to GMAC but they answered when problem was already solved.

Did you leave the exam up with the flipping pages on the screen that says "please wait"?

Or did you go back to it, hit continue, and submit to find that it happened to work?

I left in the "Please wait" screen.
At first I waited with the browser opened but it didn't worked.
So, I closed it and went to sleep. When I checked again next morning, the problem was solved

I had the same issue today, and the solution mentioned above worked for me. I kept the tab open and launched the same test again using a different web browser.

20-July-2020: This issue is still there. In Mock no 5- was luckily able to complete quant and verbal but as soon as I started IR this issue is coming. Been more than an hour since it has been stuck on "Please wait.." Tried all solutions mentioned here, except of course waiting for a day which I shall if nothing else happens. Hoping my quant and verbal scores are saved if nothing else. So disappointing that the most expensive official mock series has these issues when other inexpensive ones don't!

Also got a dialog box couple of times saying that the test is trying to show questions which should not be shown so click on OK to save your answers, in addition to try again and please wait ones. Wrote an email to them as well. Shall update soon hopefully with a positive update.
