Try doing untimed practice and see if you hit the 90% accuracy at each level starting from 555
This will show whether you have your basics clear or not
Then try introspecting about the mental state while attempting questions - are you guessing, getting frustrated, anxious after eliminating 3 choices and then deliberately guessing the choice just to move on
Introspecting will help
Note down the cause and repeat in mind that you will do the positive outcome
For eg if u have written down after introspecting that " I will not give up on last 2 choices" then repeat million times that "I will solve the choice before moving on"
This should help
