I attempted FE gmat revise but couldn’t score beyond 585
Now I’m
Planning to switch to gre as my aim is only ISB or IIM A as I have 8yrs of work experience
Is this switch right ?does gnat is preferred more than gre
Any suggestion will appreciated

Hi,
Thanks for posting.
There is no standard answer to this as the answer is personal. You should understand the structure of the GRE and maybe take a mock test to see where you stand. Then see how long it will take you to achieve a score of around 323-325.
Please note that the at-home versions of these tests may not be accepted by ISB/IIMA so plan accordingly.
There is no preference for the GMAT over the GRE or vice versa.

bhardwaj25 - there's no preference between the exams.
My first suggestion would be to take a mock of GRE, and see how comfortable you are with the sections. Ofcourse you may not hit your target score, but it'd give you a sense of the exam, where you need to improve, and whether you'd be able to score higher there.
You could also check out this article for key differences and considerations between the GMAT and GRE.
