Was lucky enough to be accepted to two great programs and am looking for some opinions on which choice to go with. I received a 30K per year scholarship from Goizueta and a 20K scholarship from Tepper. I am looking to going into Management or Strategy Consulting and am hoping to stay on the East coast or move to the Midwest (Chicago). Both schools place well regionally and provide a long shot at a MBB job and a great placement at firms like Deloitte, PWC, etc. Let me know what your thoughts.

The schools and offers are pretty similar. (Tepper seems more techy by association with CMU)
That leaves a few things - feel for school if you have visited either one or both.
Another part of it may be where you want to end up after graduation - Atlanta and South vs. Northeast Pittsburgh.
I actually had a great time visiting Pittsburgh and like the place a lot but not sure how livable it is or employears there vs. what you would find in Atlanta. Also if you have a support network of family and friends in one place or another, it will be critical to helping you network for jobs and internships in either place. For the smaller programs, networking is one of the main paths to a job.

Congrats for your admit
I do not think the difference is huge so both are equal.
I think It boils down to other factors:
1- Culture of each schools. Both are close knit community but every one has its one characters and the students whom they accept. I assume that Tepper with its engineering mindset has different than Emory's.
2- The curriculum of both schools and how they shape your experience to your goal. Luckily, both schools post updated courses and electives on website.
3- Which school would support the location of your short term job. I think Tepper more likely place in you east cost.
If you can pay visit for both schools and talk with students there, it would be a plus for you.
