Hey there,

First, take a deeeeeeeeep breath! Whew, feel better? A 3.8 is an amazing GPA so take a moment and pat yourself on the back! Getting a B in your last semester (or any semester, for that matter) isn't going to move the needle...at all. And if it does, well, that's probably not a school you should be attending. But it won't - so relax and enjoy your last semester :)

Bhavik

top schools are no longer a battle of gpa but holistic assessment of how you fit into their school as all the applicants are already way too smart. I have a buddy who was stellar, at least in my opinion, in every category including all A gpa, managerial level, leadership, volunteering, but still failed to get into top schools although he's doing fine elsewhere right now. As recommended from above comments, even pointing out to them that you got B and degrading yourself might make things awkward. If still concerned, focus on how you tried to fix and improve that certain weakness by taking this course or achieving something else.
