Unofficial scores 164V, 162Q. Total considering NYU, Columbia, Tuck, Chicago, Berkley and Duke. It seems like I meet most requirements (I'm one point below the median for quant at Chicago and I'm not sure about the average at Columbia). Is it worth the rewrite or do you think that my scores sufficient? I expect my AWA to be ~5.5 (this is what I had been scoring at with the "Score it now" tool via ETS.
thanks!
Hello
mbahopeful9292,
Thank you for sharing. This is a strong GRE score for your target programs. However, I would like to know a bit about your background, since this may factor into whether or not you should do a retake.
For instance, if you are applying with a weaker academic record or from a field of study that is less analytically intensive, your score (particularly your quantitative scores) will be key to showing that you can handle the academic rigor of an MBA program. Additionally, if you are applying from an overrepresented applicant pool, differentiating yourself with a strong GRE score will be even more important.
While 326 is a very good score, every point jump matters. Feel free to reach out to
