Mate! With the GMAT score you have mentioned, you should go with ISB, IIM A/B for 1 year program. Great Lakes is also good, but the score you have, with good essay and WE, surely you deserve better. my advice is go through the website of IIM A/B and ISB, they have different webiner scheduled each week, consulting about admission process, follow it, asking question and clearing your doubts, it will be helpful for you to take a better call.
I have below scores will my profile be considered .

You have a great GMAT score, so you definitely have a good chance in Great lakes. Do you also have work experience? If so, you can try for better universities. I see your acads scores are average but a nice GMAT score with WE can offset that aspect. The schools always consider the overall profile of the student. Hope it helps.
with the given score you can consider applying to any B school.. you have not given any details for the work ex you have , in case you have +2 years work ex then you can try applying to any school or Great lakes for that matter...

Hi Shiv,
Your GMAT Score is great, however your 12th and BSc scores are a concern. The expectation by most top business schools (even the ones shortlisting on profile basis), as a hygiene factor coming from recruiters themselves, is that the candidates should have at least 60% across their academic track record. Also since you have 5.2 years of experience in IT, what you have done during your time in the industry, the initiatives you have taken, your career progression so far, all of these are taken into consideration. The duration itself of your work ex. doesn't matter as much as your initiatives and where they have taken you over your professional track. These track record expectations get stricter as you go higher in the ranks of B-Schools, because naturally the applicant pool itself becomes more competitive. And this is a realistic picture. And then there's also the Application SOP/Essay which is an application component of the 1 year program at Great Lakes as well as ISB, and IIM A/B, expressing how you can add value to the upcoming batch and the purpose behind you pursuing the program. All these factors together play a role in determining if you can be shortlisted or not. You can surely try.
