The application form will have different sections pertaining to your Personal, academic, test score and professional details etc. This year, we have added an Essay section as well.
Essays are an important part of the application from which are also evaluated. So take your time and write the essays properly. The Application deadline for PGPM (Cycle 2) is 31st Jan, 2018.
Some people who had interview in cycle 1 got mails as confirmation regarding admission. So results are out??? What about the people who got selected for gurgaon campus?? Clan you kindly clarify a bit regarding this??

Worked with an NGO as an Ed-Support volunteer where I taught Math to underprivileged children in shelter homes for a year during 2015-16. Promoted to a Fundraising Fellow and became part of the Core team of Make a difference Bangalore chapter Led a team of 25 volunteers, planned and organized various events through which we were able to raise above 25 lac rupees to ensure equitable outcomes for children in shelter homes in the year 2017 Received several Certificates of Appreciation from my current employer Societe General GSC for planning and organizing several team outings for over 750 people.

Work ex : 25 months at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Pvt.Ltd Currently Volunteering at an NGO in Bangalore. Gmat score is 590 (Q 46, V 26)
Please let me know if I have to take the GMAT once again to improve my chances of selection.

Your profile looks good to me. But if you can re-take GMAT and apply with a higher score, that would increase the chances of getting shortlisted (you have decent chances though), as 600+ GMAT score is considered as a safe score. In case if you don't plan to take GMAT again, I would suggest you to take a chance and apply to Great Lakes. Great Lakes follows an overall profile based shortlisting which takes into account your test score, academic record, job profile, achievements, essays etc.
I am planning to apply in the Round 2 of class'19 , the following are my credentials:
1. 10th (CBSE) : 89% 2. 12th (CBSE) : 81% 3. B. Tech IT (VIT University) : 8.08(CGPA or 80.8 %) 4. 28 Months Job Experience in IT Sector (as Functional Software Developer at Cognizant Technology Solutions) 5. GMAT : 610 (Attempting again on 12th Jan 2018) 6. Extracurricular: College: -Part a acoustic rock band - Participated in multiple inter college competitions - Volunteered and coordinated events at cultural and technical events Work: - Participated in multiple Outreach Programs (Social Work)

I have 4.8 yrs of experience in operations background with Amazon . My second promotion is due March 2018. I have got 10 Rewards till date. Please let me know my chances of getting the interview call from GLIM.
Your acadmecic record and work experience is fine, but the GMAT score is on a lower side. I would suggest you to re-take GMAT and apply with a higher score (600+ is a safe score). In case if you have also given CAT 2016/17 or XAT 17/18, you can let me know the percentiles so that i can tell you the shortlisting chances with the those scores as well.

X: 87 XII: 77.83 B.Tech: 65.03 GMAT: 700 Work Ex: 10 months of Full Time Job. After that formed a company, ran it for almost 2 years, then formed another one and ran that for 1.5 years. Co-Cur: Headed almost every club/society in College.
I have a query regarding the essay. In which essay should I include my career goals because the the first essay asks why should you be part of PGPM 2019.

what are the chances of getting an interview call from GLIM Chennai??
I have total experience of 5 years in TCS. I am working in Testing profile and want to change my current profile. I have given GMAT on Dec 2017, but the score is very low and I am planning to reappear for GMAT. Can you please let me know if at all I have any chances of getting call for PI?
