I am a R2 applicant that received an email from a current student asking if there were any questions that I had about the school. Any other folks receive the same? Is it a good sign, bad sign or no sign?

I had the same thing last year before I was admitted. Not sure if it's good or neutral to be honest. Admissions emails some of us with names of students that have questions and we contact them.

Did you have any specific question during your interview to which the interviewer couldn't answer? If so, it makes sense that the admissions comm might have asked a current student to get in touch with you to answer any questions you might have. This is just my guess though
Received an early decision last week that i am on the waitlist for now The assistant adcom director said that the adcom meets this week to make the final call. This will result in the follwing: an admit, waitlist or denial.

How did you receive early decision? I thought the ad com does not release anything until 4/4.

A current student just reached out to me today. I agree with @kalcee about the student outreach. During my interview, I asked a few questions related to post-Haas job opportunities the interviewer was not able to answer.
packet82 did share with us that the quant pre-req doesn't have any weight on the application decision.
But, I am still trying to determine if there is a correlation between having quant skills evaluated (regardless of whether asked to take pre-req) and acceptance? My thinking is that admissions would not want to waste time in evaluating quant skills of applicants they are planning to reject/waitlist.
so....i got an email just a few minutes ago from a 2nd year EWMBA student, and i did NOT have any questions at my interview that the interviewer couldn't answer. i asked some general things about what she wished students better understood about the program.
the plot thickens!
