Formally declined my offer of admission today. Good luck to everyone! :)

Kingfalcon, all the best at Sloan ! I'm sure you'll have a blast.
Just out of curiosity, since you were admitted at several schools, did you apply for financial aid to any/all of them ?

I guess that when people are accepted to several schools, the money can be a decision criteria. Subsequently, I guess some people that got offered money still decided not to matriculate, hence releasing money for other students ?

I'm asking the question because in this forum many people have applied but none got any scholarship.

Thank you! Honestly, my goal was to have money be a tie-breaker, not a primary factor in my decision. When I thought about what I wanted to get out of the experience, Sloan came out ahead for me. It just so happened that they were the only school to offer me money, too. :)

Awesome ! It's nice when everything goes like this.
Again, have a great 2 years @ Sloan, maybe we'll meet at some b-school event/competition.

They have already sent the results? Do you know if I can check this anywhere? I haven't gotten any mail today and in the Scholarship app there isn't any info on results...

You just have to sit back patiently, I don't think you can see the results anywhere. Good luck

They send you am email telling you if you got it or not.

Thanks everyone! I got a grant need-based last Friday that will help me coming to Haas. No merit-based scholarships

nothing here- at the end of February they sent out an email encouraging waitlisted candidates to participate in their Facebook contest of What's your defining principles?, but no news came to me after that

I believe they will send out some decisions towards the end of March

Good luck!!

I interviewed on-campus with a 2nd year student. Just a heads up to other applicants - Don't be caught off guard if the interviewer has only read your resume. I assumed that since the interview is happening on campus, the interviewer would have read my entire application. But, it seems like they want to keep conditions similar with off-campus alum interviews.

I took some time to digest this information during the interview :D Hope this helps someone!
