Hi All, I applied in R4 and received an interview invite. My GMAT score is 620 and GPA is 3.2. I'm pleasantly surprised that I'm even at this stage. I did have strong recommendations and spent a lot of time on my essays. I'm also a female and a minority.
Knowing that my GMAT score isn't enough to satisfy the Quant req., should I take a math class? I would re-do the GMAT if I'm asked to but I'm not good at standardized tests. I also think 620 is not representative of my abilities.
Should I ask the interviewer what my options are for strengthening my application? Or should I email admissions?
My manager (of 9 mths) is willing to write a third recommendation and so is a HAAS MBA alum in my team. My two recommenders are ppl I have reported to in the past and had known me for an extended period of time (unlike my new manager).
