Hi Linda

could you please evaluate my profile.

GMAT : 720(Q50, V38), AWA: 4.5; IR: 7 (re-taking it again soon...plan to bump my score by atleast 20-30 points)
BS: NIT, Jaipur (top 20 public school in India); GPA: 7.7/10; Electrical Engineering; Top 1% in National Engineering Entrance Examination.
MS: USC, LA; GPA: 3.6/4; EE; Worked part-time (20hrs/week) as a graduate assistant.

Work Experience (~4yrs): Design Engineer; Hi-Tech Semiconductor industry (in silicon Valley). Very good progression @ work; received couple of awards; published a paper in international conference.
Extracurriculars:
In School worked as a student volunteer in the career development cell.
Very Active in Junior Achievement for past 2years. organizing snowboarding trips for office events.
On the Side: Real-Estate Development in India. Finished 1st Venture with 20 homes, was very successful. On to the 2nd venture now.

Post-MBA: Career as a Product Manager in Hi-Tech Industry.

Target Schools: Booth, Kellogg, Haas, MIT, Columbia and NYU.

Could you please let me know how i stack up to my target schools?
