Help Activating Question Pack

Question

Hi,

I just bought the GMATPREP question pack 1 & exam pack based on reviews i read here. I am having a hard time figuring out how to access it as their customer service is closed. I download it on my computer and it says it has been download enter the activation code to activate...But when i open the GMATprep software (v2.3.322) that i had installed from using the free version., i can't find my new purchase. There is a link from "get more practice questions" which just takes me back to mba.com.

I just want to take a full exam

. where is this thing supposed to show up! Help. exam in 7 days!!

Bingo!! i was also facing the same problem. and restarting computer worked for me as well.. I guess there are some technical bugs/issues in Gmat software, so this trick may very well apply in lot of other cases as well

Hey all! I have 4 mocks to be reset from the GMATPrep, of which I have already reset one and given. Now if I update to v2.3.322 will it affect the leftover reset mocks?? In a real dilemma. Request your inputs please

It's 2016 and they still haven't fixed anything. Check out this comedy of errors from these muppets:

First time I tried to install the GSP it resulted in a kernel panic and shutdown 
I tried to activate my Exam Pack but the software does nothing when I enter my activation code and press "activate".
I have tried restarting and that didn't help.
Then I tried the online portal and got an "unknown error"
Then I tried the phone activation method and both of the numbers provided just had a recorded message which didn't help.
Then I called the phone number for my region mentioned in the recorded message but that was a fax machine!
Finally I wrote to the email address provided that that was returned as undeliverable due to unknown address!

Staggering incompetence at work.

hello people ! im not able to access the 404 questions which i bought for 29..9 dollars as im able to connect to the gmat server
 due to lack of internet connection is the pop up that keeps coming up but the fact that i can post this comment tells us that i do have a working internet. i have tried restarting and all please help .and no customer care solution please as i have tried it n times

It's very likely that the GMATPrep (software version) servers have been taken down. If you bought that code anytime recently, it's actually meant to work with the  online version of GMATPrep , not the software version. If you purchased the code early this year or before that, you might still be able to get it exchanged by requesting replacement codes over email.
