Let total be 100.
Beer drinkers = Only beer drinkers + beer & wine drinkers = 70
Wine drinkers = Only wine drinkers + beer & wine drinkers = 60
beer & wine drinkers = 54
Only wine drinkers = 6
Only beer drinkers = 16
The percent of Denver wine-drinkers = 60 do not drink beer = 6
60*x/100 = 6
X = 10
Answer is B

Now the answer would be how much percent of wine drinkers (60%) don’t drink beer (6%)
6% is 10% of 60% therefore the answer will be 10%!!
