Very tough, and confusing.
Initially, it had me thinking that Hope will give an order for the additional 20k DibLX as well. But apparently the answer value comes to be too high.

Anyway, These are my answers.
1. (13.5 - 1.35-0.405)+ (10.5 - 0.525) + (16 - 1.6) = 36.12k -- So I am not getting any one of the answers given.
2. No, No, Yes
3. D

Answer 1: (E)

1. Beta-KL = {0.8*20,000}*90% = $14,400 (at the price of 20,000, 100mg units; with bulk discount on 20,000 units => a discount of 10% on the whole order)
2. Hex-D & Hex-DX = {(0.6+0.75)*10,000}*87% = $11,745 (at a total discount of 13% on the whole order)
3. Dib-LX = {0.7*15,000}*95% = $9,975 (at a discount of 5% because 15,000 is more than 10,000 & less than 20,000)

Total = $36,120

Therefore (E), the closest option.

Answer 2: (D)

A. The pharmacist employs this: she asks 10000, 50mg Beta-KL & 10000, 100mg Beta-KL at the price of 20000, 100mg Beta-KL.
B. She employs this: she writes that the hospital would like to place an order for additional 20000, 50mg Dib-LX tablets and 25000, 50mg in the following quarter.
C. She employs this: she mentions that they were expecting the delivery of the requested dosages, expressing discontent for the delay on part of the pharmaceutical company.
D. Correct. Nowhere does she mention that the hospital is willing to discontinue TOTAL services of the other party.
E. She employs this: she expresses interest in the newly developed drug, Hex-DX.

Can someone confirm the answers?
Why are we not considering the 25,000 units of Dib-LX that the hospital was considering? I don't understand why can we just drop it while calculating the total cost.

For second, it should be No, No, Yes

Plus, it was a very time consuming question, any way to reduce time here?

Overall, a very convoluted question and best left aside.

The TABS are written in the most confusing manner they could have been written. Tables could have been used to give data clearly.
One could just scan the paras initially to get back to the relevant person. But the first question asked requires you to digest the entire information, so the entire information has to be worked upon.

The second question has so many assumptions while answering, and could easily take both yes and no for the some of the cases.

The third question is just ok but changes HEAD pharmacist to SENIOR pharmacist, for whatever reasons.

Overall, a question that can be skipped.
