Well you have the requisite amount of work experience to apply to b-school and your rationale for pursuing an MBA of developing your management skills does make sense. So the choice is yours whether you feel you are ready. Schools do tend to look to gauge leadership skills in candidates so do keep this in mind. Also, most schools are looking for applicants who are moving towards something and not running away from something else so you will have to work to package your candidacy a bit more effectively than you have outlined it above.

Yes i do i agree but being in leadership position was my long term goal so i had to lay strategies which can take me there but then during my wok experience i realized that most of the managers whether in public or private sectors lack finance accounting knowledge that's why i decided to take a BBA majoring in those two areas and my minor in strategic management knowing that with this knowledge it will make me achieve my long term strategic goal of being in global leadership position so its not like am running away no. am heading towards my goal and i know i will achieve if i can only answer the question of how to reach there. so i need your guidance remember am also looking for scholarship at the same time to fund my studies being that finances is also miserable to fund my MBA .

I recommend seeing what your GPA will be and taking the GMAT to see how you can score on the exam. From there, you would be able to have a better sense of what schools would be reasonable for you to get into. It does sound like an MBA will help your career, but without those scores its hard to say what range of schools you should apply for. If you are interested in GMAT tutoring or help with applications once you are ready, let me know! I would start studying for the GMAT soon though to start the process. www.personalmbacoach.com
