I received an admit few months back for Jan'18 intake but I haven't received visa details yet such as when to apply or if they would be providing me any document.

Anyone has any idea when they provide and what is the procedure? Anyone received visa?

Hi to everyone

I've been accepted to IE IMBA Jan 2018 program with scholarship.
Does everyone know whether it is a good place place to study for career in consulting? Regarding spanish tough economical situation.
I am not from EU.

Also can anyone give me a link to IE Jan 2018 Facebook group?

It's not the tough Economic conditions. Consulting firms hire people who speak the native language. This is true in most of the EU and other parts of the world where English isn't a dominant language. So, if you seek placement in consulting world, better learn Spanish or approach Indian offices.

Hello Ashutosh,

Sounds like a good experience, how much of that was in a leadership role?
No of year. a bit on the higher side. But not an issue.
GMAT is Low for an Indian candidate, who has worked all his life in India. I would say 710- 720 would do it.
Some social work as well .. good.
Which engineering school did you go to?

All in all looks good. Message me if need more guidance.

The interview is the next step (mostly). The purpose of the interview is to verify few things about your profile. It might also be that your profile is amazing but scred less in the test. SO the interview to see you are a solid candidate or not.

Good luck

There are some preparation courses available online, but this test is supposed to be unprepared. So, give it your best and good luck.

Hi All!

Any more applicants for Jan '18 intake waiting for final confirmation?
I guess I'm a little late on things, but received confirmation for an interview next Monday.
Wish me luck!

Congratulations to those who already have been accepted.
I have a pretty good idea on how things are expected to pan out after the interview,
but any words of wisdom will be more than helpful and appreciated.

Best regards to all.

My admission test and interview got postponed until next Tuesday so I guess we're on the same boat. Pretty late lol.

Hey,

I know! We're cutting it pretty close!
Good luck to you, hope things work out and you're good to go next January.

By the way, did you receive a formal request from Adcoms to take the admission test or you signed up for it?

And with regards to the interview, I'm as clueless as you are.
Don't you think it should be pretty straightforward?
Like finding out if what you're saying correlates to your application, and that you're not crazy to sabotage the program lol

All in all, with you the best.
Keep me posted.

I guess you're right about the interview lol.

As for the test, I applied through the IE website. I'm not sure what Adcoms is to be honest.

Best of luck mate

Sorry for the jargon!

FYR, Adcoms is referred to Admissions Coordinators.

My question was whether they asked you to sign up for the IeGAT or you applied for it yourself.

Either way, best of luck to you too, my friend.

Hi all,

I've just been granted admission for the intake in January. Should we create a Facebook group for the intake?

Kind regards,
