6y -3x = 1
i.e. 3(2y - x) = 1
i.e. (2y - x) = 1/3
if x and y are integers then 2y-x also will be an integer and hence can NOT be 1/3
henceThere is no integer solution possible for the equation
Answer: Option A

Asked: If (a, b) represents all the points that pass through the line 6y -3x = 1, then how many integral values can the point (a, b) take?
6b - 3a = 1
3(2b-a) = 1
No values of (a, b) will satisfy the equations since LHS is a multiple of 3 while RHS is not.
