Statement 1: $$\frac{pqr}{st}$$<0
Statement 2: pq>qr>rs>st>0

(1) Either pqr is -ve or st is -ve

t is -ve and all other positive then equation follows and answer is 1
t is -ve and p,q is -ve then equation follows and answer is 3

Not sufficient

(2) p is -ve or q is -ve
if p - , r - , t - answer is 3
if q -, s - answer is 2

Not sufficient

On combining we have only one case where p , r, t are - ve

Statement 1: $$\frac{pqr}{st}$$<0
Statement 2: pq>qr>rs>st>0

hi..
lets see the statements..

Statement 1: $$\frac{pqr}{st}$$<0
we can say either one of them pqr or st is <0 ..

but nothing more..
insuff

Statement 2: pq>qr>rs>st>0
this tells us that either all 5 are positive or all 5 are negative..

insuff

combined..
we know either all are positive or all are negative from 'II' but from 'I' we know that something is surely negative..
so all 5 are negative..

Ohh i misread pq>qr>rs>st>0 as pq<qr<rs<st<0
